We're getting things rolling. This here is an event suggestion post. Lot's of events happen in the city; parades, festivals, museum events. Whatever. The mods will be coming up with some on their own, but now we'd like to hear your suggestions too~

Format should be like this:

What: is it a festival, a wild party gone mad and the whole city is invited? Maybe Sasuke's holding an open bar that extends three blocks down.
When: This doesn't have to be too specific.
Where: the streets, the hospital? what
Description: Tell us what you're thinking. Why is this event going on, who's hosting it. What do you forsee happening? etc etc any specifics you think we need to know.

Just so you know; crack events are allowed. RP wouldn't be any fun without them~
so we'll accept these ideas too, but they may be more sporadic than normal events.
